Girth Control: The Science of Fat Loss & Muscle Gain 

This book is a compilation of what I've learned in my decade-plus in the fitness field. It's based on the latest scientific research, combined with my personal experience with hundreds of clients. It's a wealth of information that does, has, and will continue to remodel average physiques into truly exceptional ones. 

The 8.5" x 11" manual is 183 pages, including references. My aim was to jam this book with great information and make folks feel like they got much more than they paid for. I also want to get people thinking, instead of just doing.

UPDATE: The Lean Muscle Diet is now available, it was just released Dec 23rd. This is a Rodale publication, I co-authored it with Lou Schuler (it's kind of a big deal). This book is much more palatable for the lay audience, and it's obviously more current than Girth Control, which still has valid & practical info, but is now about 8 years old.
